2020 Doamine du Salvard, Cuvee Unique, Pinot Noir – Loire, France – Reg $19.499 – 100% Pinot Noir from a multigenerational family run estate dating back to the 1890’s. Sourced from the region of Cheverny within the
Loire, they are making beautiful wine using traditional practices. With little interference the wine produced is both simple and elegant. Bright red cherry, cranberry and sage shine through on the nose. On the palate, this
wine with light and crisp. Bright cherry, red apple, plum and raspberry all join with notes of clove and sage. Lower alcohol and brihgt acidity keep this wine fresh and quick on the finish. This Pinot would pair well with sauteed eggplant, kale salads and pesto dishes.

2020 Domaine D’Aupilhac, Lou Maset, Grenache Blend – Languedoc-Roussillon, France – Reg $21.99 – A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan from the Langedoc. Wines have been growing and cultivated in this region dating back to the romans. The family or Domaine D’Aupilac have have been working the vineyards in the Languedoc for generations but it wasn’t until the 1990’s that they began producing their own wine. This blending of grapes creates a pretty, delicate nose with fresh red strawberries and purple flowers like lilac and violets. On the palate the wine is full but light. The fruit and flowers are found on the palate along with the addition of cured meat, fennel and sage. Moderate acid and alcohol mean the wine finishes quickly and cleanly. It would pair well with Ratatouille, tomato sauce and sausage.


2019 Kermit Lynch Selections, Cabrieres, Syrah Blend – Langedoc-Rousillon, France – Reg $15.99 – A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault selected from Kermit Lynch and produced in the Langeudoc region of France.
The Syrah dominate wine is well balanced and dark. On the nose there are notes of smoke, black pepper and red apple along with clove and spice. The nose follows on the palate with the addition of red clay, baking spices and fresh red fruit. Pair this wine with anything from cheeseburgers, to grilled chicken and creamy cheeses.

2019 Philippe Bernede, Las la Coutale, Malbec Blend – Cahors, France – Reg $18.99 – A blend of Syrah and Merlot from deep in the south of France in the region of Cahors. Planted on clay and limestone soils with southwest sun exposure, these vineyards produce beautiful, inky black grapes capable of ageing for decades. This blend is elegant and rustic with black roses, plum, and cassis on the nose. On the palate it is big and velvety with more black fruits, topsoil, mushroom and cedar. This large wine has low tannins but higher alcohol giving it a long lingering and smooth finish. Pot Roast, smoked or cured meats, grilled game meats and root vegetables would pair well with this hearty wine.

2020 Chateau de Trinquevedel, Tavel, Rosé – Tavel, France– Reg $22.49 – A blend of Grenache, Clairette and Syrah from a region synonymous with Rosé, Tavel. Located in the Southern Rhone, this subregion only grows and perfects Rosé. Established in the 1930’s, Chateau de Trinquevel makes their rose using cold skin contact maceration for 12-48 hours in concrete tanks. This produces a richer wine with excellent palate texture. On the nose, fresh red berries and herbs show through. These notes carry through on to the palate along with fresh yellow peach and stone. It has a dry lingering finish. This Rosé would pair well with roasted chicken, pasta salads and fresh vegetables.


2020 Domaine du Salvard, Cuvee Unique, Sauvignon Blanc – Loire, France – Reg $18.49 – 100% Sauvignon. Blanc from a multigenerational family run estate dating back to the 1890’s. Sourced from the region of Cheverny within the Loire, they are making beautiful wine using traditional practices. With little interference the wine produced is both simple and elegant. The wine shows white flowers and green fresh cut grass on the nose. On the palate racy acid and minerality shine along with juicy citrus. It has a zesty quick finish with
moderate alcohol. Pair this wine with fresh goat cheese, fruit salads, Arugula or simply on its own.

2020 Domaine Kuentz-Bas, Alsace Blanc, Sylvaner Blend – Alsace, France – Reg $15.99 – A blend of Sylvaner, Auxerrois and Muscat from the mountainous region of Alsace. With an emphasis on terroir and natural wine
making practices, this Alsatian blend shows melon, jasmine and gardenia on the nose. On the palate, the wine is shows lush ripe pear, quince and honey. The palate is balanced with soft acid followed with a lingering, complex finish. This wine drinks beautifully on its own but would pair well with Salmon, Grilled Halibut, Roast Pork or Grilled Squash.


2020 Chateau Ducasse, Bordeaux Blanc, Semillon Blend – Bordeaux, France – Reg $19.99 – A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc from Southern Bordeaux. The vineyards from Chateau Ducasse are planted on clay and limestone which shows through on the structure of the wine. On the nose, this bone-dry wine has papaya, mango, and white flowers. On the palate, passion fruit, lychee and clover honey are met with crisp acid, chalky stone and ginger. It finishes dry and light with no lingering mouthfeel. This wine would pair perfectly with any raw bar, crème fraiche and dill sauces.
