2019 Baus Family Private Reserve Pinot Noir – Sonoma, California – Reg $18.99 – 100% Pinot Noir from the region renowned for its Pinot, Sonoma, California. Baus Family Vineyards makes a rich, silky style of pinot noir. The acid is well balanced with the fruit giving it a smooth, pretty texture. Strawberries, Black Cherries, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cranberry shine through on the palate while notes of lavender, red clay and jammy fruit are present on the nose. This Pinot would pair well with grilled salmon and dill, sautéed greens, and roasted, crispy duck.

2019 Spinelli Montepulciano d’Abruzzo – Abruzzo, Italy – Reg $15.99 – 100% Montepulciano from the region of Abruzzo located centrally on the east coast of Italy. The region is a hilly, clay dominated area along the Adriatic Sea. The wine from Spinelli is large, juicy and soft on the palate. It has notes of chestnut, earthy clay, red and black plums with a long finish. Moderate alcohol and grippy tannins make this a great wine to pair with steaks, grilled meats, and rustic vegetables.

2015 Chateau Thieuley, Bordeaux Rouge – Bordeaux, France – Reg $17.49 – 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon make up this traditional Bordeaux Blend. Chateau Thieuley makes a well balanced, earth driven wine. The Merlot adds rich aromas of black, cooked fruits, dried purple flowers, dark topsoil. The cabernet provides structure to the wine, adding  red clay, pepper and herbal elements on the palate with acid and tannin to complete the blend. This drier, tannic style wine pairs well with all things Barbeque. 

2019 Spinelli Cabernet Sauvignon – Terre di Chieti – Reg $15.99 – 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the new subregion of Abruzzo, Terre di Chieti. Spinelli utilizes cold maceration and fermentation in steel tanks to impart a more delicate style of Cabernet. Fruit and tannin are not the dominate qualities. Rich very ripe red apples, plums, black pepper, savory herbs, dry earth and lots of dried roses are present in this wine. The tannins are velvety and contribute to a long finish. This herbaceous, balanced Cabernet would be ideal with tomato sauces, pasta, rich cheeses, and meaty pizzas.

2019 Spinelli Pinot Grigio – Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo, Italy– Reg $15.99 100% Pinot Grigio from Terre di Chieti, a new subregion, created in 1995, located in the larger region of Abruzzo on the east coast of Italy. Spinelli makes a classic, terrior driven style Pinot Grigio. There are notes of white flowers, fresh pears, green apples and clover honey. Bright crisp acid with moderate alcohol give this wine a fresh, bright quality perfect for summer. Their Pinot Grigio pairs well with shellfish, Prosciutto, and spicy greens. 

2020 Les Quatre Tours, A Summer in Provence – Provence, France – Reg $16.99 – 60% Syrah, 25% Cabernet, 15% Grenache from a region famous for their Rosé - Provence. Les Quatre Tours produces this Rosé from a classic blend of red grapes using minimal skin contact providing a peachy color and depth of flavor.  The wine has fresh lilac, apple blossoms and baking spices on the nose with a round body full of ripe red berries, oranges, and bright cherries. The wine is bright with a short finish making this a perfect wine to have before meals, on its own or with fresh salads. This is your ideal picnic wine

2020 Man Family Wines – Coastal Region, South Africa – Reg $13.49 - 100% Chenin Blanc from South Africa. South Africa is known for their stellar Chenin Blanc where there, it is known as Steen. This wine is made using a free run press method which means that the grapes are not pressed for their juice but rather from the weight of the grapes. It is a fragrant wine with lots of quince, ripe red pear, straw. Stone fruits such as peach and nectarine are on the palate with round acidity and a medium finish. This Wine pairs well with grilled flaky fish, chutneys and goat cheese.

2019 Gai’a, Monograph – Peloponnese, Greece – Reg $17.49 - 100% Moschofilero. This indigenous grape of Greece has a long history in the country. The region is a hilly, cool, coastal area located on the southern peninsula of the country. Its has an elegant spicy and floral nose with notes of ginger, pink flowers, lilac and pink strawberries. The Palate follows the nose with more floral and spice notes as well as bing cherries and clover honey. The wine pairs well with Butter Chicken, Thai noodle dishes and vegetable curries.
