2018 Wente Pin It Chardonnay – Monterey, California – Regularly $14.99 - 100% Chardonnay from the cool climate vineyards of Monterey in California’s central coast. 90% barrel fermented in a combination of 60% newand 40% second use French and American oak, the other 10% is stainless steel fermented. The long, cool growing season with the deep gravelly soil ripen the Chardonnay perfectly which gives natural balance of sugar and acidity.


2019 Sesti Sauvignon – Tuscany, Italy – Regularly $24.99 - 100% Sauvignon Blanc from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Tuscany on oceanic sedimentary soils. This estate was founded in 1987 by Giusseppe Maria Sesti when he purchased the property with the remains of the Argiano castle in Tuscany. This SB was originally born out of a need for the Sesti family to have a white but has increased in production as their friends and neighbors discovered how its stony minerality plays perfectly of its honeyed sweet fruit flavors.

 

NV Natale Verga Prosecco – Veneto, Italy - Regularly $14.99 - 100% Glera. Prosecco is the latest rage in sparkling wines. The Natale Verga is light and crisp, with citrus notes, a nice, nutty overtone and slight sweetness on the finish. Festive and versatile, it can be served before, during or after a meal. This is one of our
favorite new Italian sparklers.

 

2018 Marchesi di Barolo Gavi - Piedmont, Italy - Regularly $24.49 – 100% Cortese from silty and sandy soils in Rovereto di Gavi, which is considered the best part of the entire production zone. To preserve the bright color, fresh and fragrant smells there is no aging in wood barrels. This is a vibrant, fresh, mineral driven white best  enjoyed in its first years.

2018 Domaine Pierre Guillemot Bourgogne Rouge – Burgundy, France - Regularly $34.99 - 100% Pinot Noir from the Guillemot family, who has worked Savigny-lès-Beaune vines for eight generations. The vines for their Bourgogne Rouge are from a 32-year-old parcel with limestone and gravel soils.

 

2019 Eric Chevalier Cabernet Franc – Loire, France - Regularly $22.99 – 100% Cabernet Franc from Saint-Philbert de Grandlieu, just southwest of Nantes. Eric Chevalier is a fourth-generation organic farmer with 25ha of vines and produces wines of great character and sense of place. His Cabernet Franc has a decided soft character reminiscent of nearby Chinon, but with less time spent aging in oak. 

 

2018 Wente Pin It Pinot Noir – Monterey, California - Regularly $14.99 - 100% Pinot Noir from cool climate vineyards in Monterey in California’s Central Coast. Aged for 16 months in 50% new French oak and 50%
neutral oak.The gravelly-loam soils found here, rich with shale and limestone deposits, impart desirable earthy
and mineral qualities to the wine.

 

2018 Cortijo Rioja Tempranillo – Rioja, Spain - Regularly $15.49 – 100% Tempranillo grown in the best part of the valley, Rioja Alta. 50% of the wine is aged for 2-3 months in 3-year-old French oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks. A pure, bright expression of estate fruit from one of the most authentic and humble local wineries in Rioja Alta.
